Front tooth repair indistinguishable from healthy tooth

Bobby presented with his front tooth broken off from a fall while playing in his yard. Since the fracture was not very deep, we were able to repair the problem very conservatively. We replaced the missing tooth structure with a bonded composite (white filling material). We did not have to use any anesthesia and finished the procedure in less than an hour. The end result was so natural that even the patient’s father could not tell which tooth was the broken one.

Patient damages teeth before wedding

One of our patients called from Savannah where she was celebrating her upcoming wedding. She slipped on a wet concrete floor and broke some of her front teeth. After several root canals and one jaw surgery, we were able to get the patient ready for her wedding. It was necessary to create cosmetic composite repairs to all 6 of her front teeth so she could smile with confidence in her wedding the following week. She looked beautiful for her wedding, and the best part was no one had a clue what she had been through.

White “dot” on front tooth

Heather presented with a white “dot” right in the middle of her front tooth. She was unhappy with the existing repair because the dot was still apparent. We removed the filling, matched the surrounding tooth structure in color and texture and bonded composite into the area to make it invisible.  Within 30 minutes start to finish Heather was happy and smiling again, no dot in sight.
